Our programs are targeted towards kids that have already been placed in Government schools and are at risk of discontinuing education around 6th grade owing to many challenges, like:

- Education not being a priority in the community
- Poverty
- Culture-biased practices

Our intervention programs are aimed at giving a support system to enable them finish schooling.

To achieve this, CLT works with different layers of the community.

The other stake holders comprise of -
- School drop outs
- Adolescent girls
- Marginalized women


Community Profile -

80% of families belong to minority groups. Poverty, illiteracy, lack of skills and lack of self-governing principles have been the stumbling blocks for development. Some villages face acute water shortage and sanitation is far from satisfactory. Families depend on seasonal agricultural work. Many are daily wage earners. There are no worthwhile rural and cottage industries to provide alternative employment.
