• Let your ideas be fluid.
• Make your ideas and programs visible, direct and easy.
• Encourage community participation so they understand, feel and experience.
• Identify interested and committed "Community volunteers".
• Give community volunteers specific roles and spheres of control.
• Build overall awareness towards the children's right to education.
• Encourage direct involvement of the community in the development of schools.
• Empower the community to ensure that they begin to "own the programs".

Community Empowerment

Objectives:
Improve socio-economic and health status of stakeholders and community
Facilitate a process to raise in the income level of families to meet the basic needs of their children with the special focus on Right to Education
Advocate Rights of the children and Human Rights in the operational area

Operational Area:
Operational area has been extended among backward areas, specifically for the rural sector. They are need-based intervention programs with the main focus on community empowerment
Criteria of selection of villages
No other NGOs interventions in the CLT operational area Villages should not have good community resources or in other words lack community resources
70- 80% 0f the families should be bellow poverty line
Majority of the families belong to backsword communities, minority groups
