Parental Education is an essential and integral part of any community developmental program.

The program is designed to identify age-specific brain development in relation to the milestones of child's development. The main objective is to educate the mothers with children below 6 years of age as it is a crucial period of a child's holistic development. When the child is reared with care, affection, encouragement and stimulation, she has a better chance of adjusting, adopting and learning in the mainstream social structures.

Reproductive child health is as important as any other developmental activity. It is the child that is going to give a healthy, fully developed child to the society. The girl child, especially, needs care & attention, education, nutrition, personal hygiene & health education.

Nutrition education is also an ongoing educational activity in the Woman-2-Woman program of CLT, as it is an important component in the development of growing foetus. It is said, "A healthy mother & a healthy child."
