Micro-credit:
Self Help Groups are formed for the empowerment of poor and marginalized women. The corpus has been developed through regular member's savings. Members are engaged in micro enterprises to supplement the family income. Linkages are established with local banks and other financial agencies to facilitate credit.

Skill Development Trainings:
Skill development trainings for women
Tailoring and embroidery and referral services
Consumable chemical product preparation/Demonstration like cleaning powder, scented agarbathi, phenyl and liquid soap etc
Linkages for marketing products

Tailoring units:
CLT runs community-based tailoring units. Six months Certificate courses are being conducted at CLT outreach centres for women, adolescent girls and school drop outs (Girls).

Counselling Services:
Counselling is available to adolescents and women to guide them with issues on domestic conflicts and their civic & civil rights.

Networking:
Linkages are established with Dept of Woman and Child, Social Welfare Advisory Board, Adult Education Board, Central Social Welfare Board, Ministry of Human Resource Development, AWAKE and voluntary organizations for information dissemination and access to all the benefits.
