The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) regulates the acceptance and utilization of foreign contributions by NGOs and associations in India. CLT India is registered under FCRA and complies with all applicable guidelines and reporting requirements.
Donations from abroad are accepted only through the designated FCRA bank account as required by law. All foreign contributions are utilized strictly for the charitable purposes stated in our mission, in compliance with FCRA regulations.
CLT India files annual FCRA returns with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Our accounts are audited by certified chartered accountants and are available for review in our Annual Reports and Audit Reports.
