Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru for the Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day organizational operations, including managing teams, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, supporting digital platforms and collaborating with leadership to align processes with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, tracking organizational performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across departments to drive impact in educational programs.
Key responsibilities:
Head -Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing & supporting our “e-Patashale” Digital platform, developing partnerships, project implementations and assessing impact.
· Manage Field operations team to support “e-Patashale” program across 5000+ Schools in India.
· Lead the IT team & vendors to develop & manage Technology initiatives & operations · Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal agreements with partners as needed.
· Manage all the CSR Projects funding, utilization, project wise accounting, fund utilization reports & ensure compliance with regulations.
· Vendor management & Logistics: Manage the procurement life cycle from getting quotations, to negotiations, PO release, payments, delivery etc.
Skills Required:
· Strong skills in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and solve complex challenges.
· Techno-managerial experience in development & implementation of Digital platforms.
· Program management with financial acumen.
· Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration and disseminate information effectively across stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Budgeting to plan, allocate, and monitor resources efficiently.
Qualifications:
· Leadership abilities with a strong intent to work in the social sector & deep commitment to driving meaningful educational outcomes
· 10+ years of experience, engagement with corporates, foundations, philanthropy and Government
· A background in education & digital technology with MBA, or post-graduation from a reputed institution.
